See guys. I’m all about that bass too. But along with that bass I’m also all about that treble. It’s called lean muscle.

I saw your post in the Jim Hawkins tag and... uhh... hate to break it to you , but treasure planet is based on treasure island, the book, in which Jim Hawkins is the main Character. Your anime dude is likely modeled after him xD

That makes a lot more sense than my Stephen Hawking theory lol. Thank you for the clarity :]

Okay, so. I haven’t seen Treasure Planet in forever. In fact when I saw it when I was younger I hardly paid any attention so I barely remember any of it. So I’m watching it again today and realize the main character is Jim Hawkins. JIM HAWKINS. Ring a bell? I dunno, maybe…Jim Hawking from Outlaw Star? Who also has issues with the law, has pretty much the same bad boy rebel appearance and is also a space traveler. A while ago I put together context clues and thought Jim Hawking was patterned after some long lost descendant of Stephen Hawking (I could be wrong, Google only knows and I don’t really care about that right now) but never did I realize the blatant similarities between both Jims. Is this actually a thing? I briefly googled them both in the same search but got nothing. Really wonder if this is an actual conspiracy or if I’m just doing what I do best and that’s thinking way too much into something.

You hear stories of Vikings and praise them for their brute strength. People that generally raped, pillaged and murdered countless numbers of other people for the insurance of their own survival, yet you turn around and get offended at holocaust jokes. You find offense in African American slavery jokes, but will idolize the Pyramids of Giza, structures built on the expense of others without their consent. None of these said acts are justified and everyone has the right to be offended of said acts whether their and/or their ancestors were victims of said acts or not. I only bring this up because I am quite curious as to why we will happily embrace distant history whether it be tragic or not, but tragic modern history is just too touchy of a subject.
